The Grace Community Center at 4151 Hancock Bridge Parkway, North Fort Myers, will hold its sixth annual Arts & Crafts Festival Friday and Saturday, Nov. 22 and 23.?Festival hours are 4-8 p.m., Friday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday
Both indoor ($50) vendor booths and outdoor booths ($40) are available. There will be numerous new vendors as this year from Pine Island, Bokeelia, Lehigh Acres and Rotunda, as well as many from Cape Coral and Fort Myers.
Indoor booths come with one table and two chairs at no extra cost. If more are needed, there is a nominal charge. Outside vendors provide everything needed to set up and sell their crafts. Some indoor booths can access power, also at no extra cost,
Something new this year is a Bake Sale presented by the Women of Grace Church. Pies, breads, fudge, etc., will be offered.
Also, there will be a free room where parents can leave young children to play while they shop. Many activities are planned to keep the little ones entertained. Outside will be a bounce house for the older children, which is also free.
The Garden of Grace, located at the rear of the parking lot, will be opened for everyone to see worm farming and help being offered to those who do not have garden space at home.
The Special Needs Kids will have a booth selling yard art they have created, where no two are the same. Come and help support these amazing kids.
All proceeds go to the GCC, which is a 501c3 non-profit charity.While the festival is going on, the Grace Thrift Store will be open extended hours, so that guests can see the wonderful deals that offer on a daily basis.
There will be door prizes during the event and at the conclusion the Silent Auction items will be announced. If you would like to donate to the Silent Auction call Jan at 239-322-8020.
