Anthony Cubello Jr., 83, of Buffalo, N.Y., went home in peace to his Lord Jan. 31, 2013. He was born on July 4, 1929, in Niagara Falls, N.Y., a son of Anthony and Anna (Critelli) Cubello Sr. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting, and also played basketball in his youth. He spent most of his career as a local Realtor in Niagara Falls and was past president of The Niagara Falls Area Board of Realtors. He was also active in church ministry for over 20 years and was a member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church in Buffalo.
He is survived by his son, the Rev. Anthony (Mary) Cubello III, and grandchildren, Christa and Michael Cubello, all of Cape Coral; brother, James (Carol) Cubello of San Diego, Calif.; nieces, Maria Neu of La Mesa, Calif., and Judith Moody of Deming, N.M.; and nephew, John Cubello of Texas.
He was predeceased by his grandson, Anthony Cubello IV in 2002.

A celebration of Tony's life will be held Tuesday, Feb. 12, at 7 p.m., at The Branch of Life Christian Fellowship, 815 S.E. 47th Street, Cape Coral, with the Rev. Gene deJongh, associate pastor, officiating.
