Hey Billie boy....what your upset about is that Mr. Williams didn't allow himself to get sucked into your so called "valued thinking" and had the where with all to make a decision based on fact. Your credibility Billie boy is shot!!! Quite frankly you never provided nothing of value to this city.EVER!!!!

BILL.. DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR OPINION OF THE FST.. JUST PAY UP WHAT YOU OWE US TAXPAYERS,WHAT YOU OWE FORM THE RECOUNT AND MOVE ON.. THIS CITY DEPENDED ON THE AD-VALOREM TAXES FAR TOO LONG AND NOW DOESNT HAVE TO ANYMORE. YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE ON THE COUNCIL BUT YOU "BLEW IT" BY BEING TO SELF-ASBORBED IN YOUR SPEECHES FOR THE TV..TAKE SULLY WITH YOU WHEN YOUR TROOP GO TO PORT ST LUCIE. RAG PUPPETS NEED THEIR PUPPET MASTER TO SURRVIVE

"Wonderful letter Mr. Deile!"

I agree Mr. Galt.

William P. Deile is one of the greatest fiction writers the city of Cape Coral has ever seen.

Bill- Your comments should have been heeded by you and your compatriots on Council when you had full control of it and the City Manager. You speak of independent and critical thinking, yet I saw little of that during your period in office by those with whom you served. You all had the opportunity to position the City to better move forward during a time when that type of change was needed, yet you all wasted it with your childish attempts to micromanage in areas where you had little experience. The disappointment and anger generated by the antics of you and your cohorts created a schism in this City from which we are still trying to recover. You all failed miserably then, and you will fail miserably now in your disruptive efforts. Does this council need help and support, yes. Just like all of the council members in the past. Many tried to help you all, but you knew better than everyone else, in your own minds. That apparently has not changed, so the lessons have not been learned

LOL. I knew in the first sentence that the author was Deile. "Disquisition". No need to read any further.

Hey Bill!!! You along with 4 others owe the the Mayor a huge sum of money! How about instead of whining and crying in the paper you pay your bills. You can criticize all you want. But if you hadn't made such a mess, we wouldn't have to pay to clean it up. Please promptly pay the Mayor the monies you owe her. While your at it why not apologize to the City Clerk for the lies you brought forth about her.

Pthe sooner the better Bill....

Unfortunately, as a City, few participate during the elections, and a small fraction put everyone in office. To think that the issue is who is running is not the main problem here. No one of any worth wants to run to serve due to all the slams they receive the minute they don't do something someone doesn't like. So we lose those who may have wanted to serve. Why waste their time. The other issue so few go to the polls it becomes a personality choice, one side backs someone if you don't like the backers, that person is gone. Depends on which faction is predominant at the time of the election. It just goes on and on. As for Councilmember Williams, he is in the same position others are in. You win some, you lose some, but you will never please those who already served and think their way or the highway. Good luck Councilmember. Remain independent. They sure hate that.

Once again some great discussion taking place in the comments.

I would invite anyone to my office at city hall so we can discuss the issues.

I will be there for the next 4 years so please don't hesitate on stopping by.

Have a blessed day.

Bill, where was your razor sharp lawyer's mind when the problems YOU CLAIM were occurring at the North R O Plant? Did you actually read staff's response to the Townsend audit? If you did not, I suggest you do before you look like more of a fool.

Wait, it gets funnier, and YOU supported Williams after vetting him and now you don't because after he got in and realized that what the current Council was doing is right, so now you don't like him anymore? Again, Bwahahahahahaha. Bill, I just love knowing you still are angry about losing and writing these senseless letter to the editor confirms it. BWAHAHAHAHA! Can't wait to read Roscoe's letter...

I'm sorry but for two years you had a majority on council and could not reduce staff or spending. You wasted money also. We cannot seem to elect competent people for our local government. Look at what we have, a mayor with a 20 watt brain. Two council members who are union shop stewards. A grocery bagger who can barely complete a sentence. It goes on and on. All theses married up to a cm who is out of his depth and cannot lead without an unlimited budget. So we are failed daily by who we put in those seats over and over again. When does it change, never, Cape Coral is a union town bought and paid for, sell and move as soon as possible.

I still fondly recall the election night when Bill and the other RAGS were shown the door.

Bill, if you are so miserable here, why not go back to someplace where there are more negative people like yourself.
