Of course it will and without a permanent solution, things will only deteriorate. They are talking several more years before the reservoirs' south of Lake O, to be built. The question will then be "Can we ever return recuperate"? How many fish and mammals have died already? The ego system is being destroyed. This situation will require a lot more than a Band-Aid fix!
