  1. Yes, the rules are too restrictive.
  2. Yes, the rules aren’t restrictive enough.
  3. No. Deviations should continue on a case-by-case basis.

Mr. "DJ" Here's the reality from YOUR lips; "If you own a vehicle and it fits in your driveway you should be able to park it there" Did u forget already? I simply responded to what YOU wrote. If u didn't want to talk about parking ur old dump truck in ur driveway U should have been more specific. That IS the reality Mr."DJ" lol I like cherry flavored Kool Aid.. Yummy!

DOAshrimp Typical of individuals like you. Trying to blow it all out of proportion, just like all the other wacko arguments that have turned this nation in to what it is not what it is supposed to be. Try a little reality instead of drinking the Kool-aid.

djraal I really don't want your dump truck next to my beautiful home just because it happens to fit in your driveway...What stupid nonsense. You should have rented a home in an industrial park so u would feel more at home. Just think a 16 wheeler on one side, a Sewer Rooter truck on the other, a grass cutting biz in front and back...OMG You would be in hog heaven!

All the vehicle restrictions must be addressed. If you own a vehicle and it fits in your driveway you should be able to park it there. with out being persecuted by the Code Nazis.

The ordinance is on the books. Change it if they don't like it (councils) or don't be arbitrary and use it each individual case.
