Ask Marilyn: But Where Are All the Bodies?
Mike Meyer of Ortonville, Michigan, writes:
Marilyn: As my mom and I were driving our last leg from Florida to our respective homes in Ohio and Michigan, she asked, "Do you think there are more dead people or living people in the world?" What do you think? From the beginning of man to today.
From the time Homo sapiens (modern man) arrived, maybe some 50 billion people have died. Amazingly, another roughly seven billion are alive right now.
