St. Andrew School holds Second Annual Gala, celebrating 30 years of education in Cape Coral

December 6, 2019
Cape Coral Daily Breeze

The Tarpon Ballroom at the Westin Cape Coral Resort was recently transformed into an underwater "Enchanted Sea" for the Second Annual Saints and Sinners Gala.

The event began with time for socializing during a cocktail hour amidst a truly spectacular ice sculpture featuring a bounty from the sea and the school's logo celebrating the 30th year of "Building Faith, Hearts and Minds."

Bishop Frank Dewane of the Diocese of Venice, local priests and principals from surrounding Catholic Schools were all in attendance. Parents, teachers, patrons, and sponsors alike enjoyed an elegant and lively evening of silent and live auctions as well as a casino floor.

Thanks to the many gala sponsors and attendees, St. Andrew School will benefit from the proceeds of the evening. Support from the evening will facilitate upgrades of technology for 21st Century learning, school security, athletics, and the school's STREAM initiative.
