Promotional Incentives Inc. has announced that Alexander Rivero has joined the company as marketing and sales associate. He will be assisting with sales presentations and product research, designing and implementing marketing campaigns, as well as managing the company's social media platforms.

A recent graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University, Rivero has a bachelor of arts degree in communication and public relations. During his final semester at FGCU, he had the opportunity to intern at Promotional Incentives.

Vogelsang recertified as divorce, marital and family law expert

The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., announced this week that Attorney Beth Vogelsang has been recertified by The Florida Bar as a Board Certified Divorce, Marital and Family Law expert, a designation she initially received in 1992. Board certification evaluates attorneys' special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice. Only seven percent of all Florida's lawyers have earned board certification.

With over 30 years' experience in the courtroom, Vogelsang represents clients in all aspects of divorce proceedings. Artisan Eatery opens in Fort Myers

Artisan Eatery, a craft sandwich restaurant led by Philadelphia-trained chef Tim Yoa, opened its doors Monday, Dec. 4, at 8951 Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers. Artisan Eatery will offer Southwest Florida the opportunity to experience gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual setting.

Focusing on the concept of a quick service experience combined with a quality chef-inspired menu that highlights locality, Artisan Eatery features a variety of handmade craft sandwiches, paninis, flatbreads, and breakfast made from scratch. In addition, the restaurant serves freshly cut deli meat, homemade salads, hand-pulled mozzarella, a selection of pastries made in-house as well as imported from Europe and will serve wine and beer daily.

Physicians' Primary Care of Southwest Florida moves into new administrative offices

Physicians' Primary Care of Southwest Florida has moved its administrative services to new, larger offices, effective Nov. 20. Stengle joins Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, Attorneys for the Injured

Dan Stengle has joined Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, Attorneys for the Injured, as senior litigation and appellate attorney. He brings extensive and varied experience as a lawyer in private practice, as well as an accomplished background in public service in state government, affording him a unique perspective and passion for protecting clients' constitutional rights.

Most recently, Stengle was in private legal practice, where his specialties included challenging misleading ballot measures that confused voters. On three occasions, he was successful in convincing the Florida Supreme Court to strike from the ballot misleading proposed constitutional amendments that would have established a sales tax on services, including legal and medical services.

Previously, Stengle served in various capacities on behalf of Florida Gov.
