Two riverfront homesites released for sale at Caloosa Pointe

Two riverfront homesites are now available for sale at Caloosa Pointe, offering a rare opportunity to build a waterfront home near downtown Fort Myers. The Southwest Florida division of Emerald Homes is pleased to offer these homesites to discerning homebuyers, starting at $999,999.

Caloosa Pointe recently opened as an intimate street of only nine homesites tucked away in the historic Fort Myers area west of McGregor and just north of the Midpoint Bridge off Melaleuca Lane.

The two riverfront homesites each comprise more than a third of an acre and measure up to 193 feet deep. Buyers of these two homesites have the option to select from a myriad of Emerald Homes floor plans for the ultimate in personalization, or bring in the designer or builder of their choice.

Emerald Homes recently sold out at Savona Bay on the Caloosahatchee in the Iona area, representing some of the few remaining waterfront homesites near Fort Myers.

Emerald Homes is currently building luxurious homes along the Gulf of Mexico from Naples to Osprey, Florida.

Appointments to view Caloosa Pointe are available seven days a week. Contact sales agent Maggie Van Pelt at (239) 225-2660 for more information.

In 2001, Emerald Homes became a D.R. Horton Company. For more information on the collections of homes and communities, please visit
