Creekside Preserve expected to sell out in early 2018

Creekside Preserve has just released 12 new carriage homes for sale, which are expected to be among the final 20 to be sold before the south Fort Myers community is complete. D.R. Horton's Southwest Florida division anticipates that these few remaining homes will be sold out by early 2018.

Every carriage home in Creekside Preserve is an end corner unit, with only four homes per building to enhance privacy, natural light and the stunning views. These homes feature all-concrete block construction with pre-cast concrete slabs between the first and second floors. Two of the newly released buildings offer the best lake views in the community, and one backs up to the preserve on two sides.

Creekside Preserve is now offering tours of two professionally decorated models, with 1,402 and 1,661 square feet of living space, two or three bedrooms, two baths, a den and a one-car garage.
