The regular monthly meeting of the Bonsai Society of Southwest Florida will be held on Saturday, Aug. 20, at the SPLAC building on Metro Plantation Road, Fort Myers. The main program will be continued preparation for the Nov. 5-6 show and sale. Members are also encouraged to bring trees for advice and critique. Raffles will be held. The meeting begins at 9 a.m.

Guests and new members are welcome. There is no charge for attending and parking is free.

The Bonsai Society of Southwest Florida, Inc. was founded in 1973 to promote and encourage the knowledge and appreciation of bonsai and related arts.
