The Sounds of Lake Kennedy will present their second concert entitled:"We the People." The songs are a collection of patriotic and uplifting tunes that will be enjoyed by all. Snacks and beverages will be served.The cost is $5 per person. Pre-registration required.

* Yuengling Brewery & American Victory WWII Ship Tour, Oct. 29

Arrive: 7:15 a.m. Leave: 7:30 a.m. Approx. return time: 6:30 p.m.

The Kennedy Kruisers are off to beautiful Tampa to discover the wonders of this historic part of Florida! Our sojourn takes us to the Yuengling Brewery, the oldest brewing company in the US where we will tour and learn the secrets of the time-honored tradition of beer making, and enjoy a beer tasting as well. We are then off to the historical Channelside Bay Plaza for a Dutch treat lunch at Flambe Restaurant. Afternoon activities include a historical tour of the national treasure, the American Victory World War II ship. The cost for this wonderful adventure is $47 per member and $52 per nonmember. * Solomon's Castle/Royal Lipizzans Trip, Nov. 19, approximate Itinerary Arrive: 7:45 a.m. Leave: 8 a.m. return time: 6:30 p.m. or before

The Kennedy Kruisers are off to explore the wonders of Howard Solomon's Castle grounds in Ona. Solomon's Castle covers over 12,000 square feet and stands three stories high. All will enjoy a guided tour through the castle, and peruse the additional new attractions; the car museum and chocolate house. This tour will include the famous Solomon's Castles Queens Wishes lunch featuring hearty meatloaf or delicious chicken breast, savory sides, salad, a beverage and dessert. In the afternoon, we are off to view the amazing Hermann's Royal Lipizzan Stallions. Founded in the 16th century for the exclusive use of the Hapsburg Royal family of Austria, the Royal Lipizzans are unquestionably the rarest, most aristocratic breed of horses in the world. The pride of the Hapsburg Empire, the Lipizzan breed was first established by Archduke Charles at Lipizza (now part of Yugoslavia). The cost of this royal adventure with a delicious lunch included is $75 per Member and $80 per Non-Member. Preregistration required.

* Frank Torino's Variety Show, Nov. 20

Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Join the Lake Kennedy Center as we welcome back one of Southwest Florida's most popular entertainers, Frank Torino! He is an exceptional vocalist who is the famous featured entertainer at the Fort Myers Beach Parrot Key Caribbean Grill performing the greatest Elvis hits, Frank Sinatra, Tom Jones, and more from the Big Band era. Audiences of all ages have been enjoying Frank Torino for over thirty years. Frank has entertained at the popular New Jersey Shore, Philadelphia Pennsylvania and the Tri-State area. Highly-acclaimed in Billboard, Variety and Philadelphia Magazines, and featured in the premier issue of Atlantic City Magazine. He has also appeared on a variety of T.V. talk shows such as "People Are Talking" and "Evening Magazine". The Lake Kennedy Kruiser's are off to enjoy one of America's most exciting past times! Join us as we enjoy an epic Miami Heat game against one of their most popular rivals, the 2014-15 NBA Champions, the Golden State Warriors. Witness the basketball stars live in action, Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh, Draymond Green, Stephen Curry, and many more! * Turkey Bingo, Nov. 22

Doors open at 3 p.m. Bingo Starts at 3:30 p.m.

It time for some Turkey BINGO fun! This event offers a unique twist to this ever popular pastime. $10 gets you 10 games and with a little luck you could WIN a traditional holiday meal!

For $10 each person received 10 bingo sheets for 10 bingo games. The prizes include Publix turkey dinners that serve 6-8 persons, traditional trimmings baskets, and traditional pies. Each person could win only one of each prize. Thanks to our community partners for making this event a success D. * Dance Jam w/ The Entertainers, Fridays, Oct. 23, Oct. 30

Step back in time as the The Entertainers take the stage at the Lake Kennedy Center every Friday morning from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Come dance and enjoy the best music of the Big Band era, polkas, jitterbugs and much more!

Calling all karaoke performers! Spend every Sunday afternoon sharing your talent in front of a live audience at Lake Kennedy. All levels of karaoke performers are welcome. Come and listen to some of the best karaoke voices in Southwest Florida. The host, Betty Dentzau, will have you singing, dancing, and having the best time on a Sunday afternoon like no other! Performers are encouraged to bring their own CD. BYOB.

Exercise Classes

Seniorcise Class: Wednesday and Friday. 9:30 to 10:30 a.m Cost $4, members; $8, non-member. Certified Aerobics Instructor Monica Jipson: This class is designed for the senior who enjoys keeping active and is looking for a fun time while getting all the benefits of a workout.

Stretch & Tone Class: Tuesday and Thursday. 8:30 9:30 a.m. Cost is $2 for members, $4 for non-members. Instructor Sharon Swanson, RN teaches exercises designed to stretch and tone while emphasizing fitness and flexibility.

Yin Yoga, Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30 10:30 a.m., $5 member $9 non-member

Yin Yoga addresses the core of our body; the poses used are all on the floor and held for a longer period of time. Focus is on quieting the breath & mind as you maintain into the pose. Yin Yoga puts low grade tension on the connective tissues and bones while creating mindfulness, helping to balance the Yin Yang aspects of ourselves. Students are encouraged to dress comfortably and to also bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, a yoga strap and pillow.
