Nicholas (Nick) Eugene Moulder, 26, of Cape Coral, passed away Friday, Aug. 8, 2014.
He was born to Tony Moulder and Barbara Moulder in Apple Valley, Minn., Nov. 1, 1987.
He attended Anoka (Minn.) High School. He served his country in the US Army for 5 years. Basic training in Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo.; a 13-month tour in Afghanistan; stationed at Ft. Sill, Okla., and Ft. Lewis, Wash. After the military, he studied at the National Personal Training Institute in Minnesota. In January 2012, he moved to Cape Coral and began working with his father in the family business.

He was a fitness enthusiast and recently attended Krav Maga, an Israeli mixed martial arts school. He loved spending time cooking and being with his family and friends. He was the best big brother to his cousins and a devoted friend and serviceman. He had a huge heart that made everyone smile.
Other survivors besides his parents include, Jessica Niesen, his soul mate; brother, Chris Moulder (Nicole Reynolds), nephew Lukas; sister, Nicole Moulder (Brian), nephews Blake and Anthony; grandparents, Theressa Foster and Ron and Ann Moulder, Joe Barket; uncle, Dave Moulder (Mari), cousins Corbin and Emily; aunt Rhonda Moulder (Mark), cousins Nikki (Brian) Shania, Andrea (Isaac) Elijah and Jewel, Steven (Mary) Jesse, Elizabeth and Jonah, Alexis (Jordan) Andrew; aunt, Sue Moulder and cousin Michaela; uncle, Tony Barket (Jennie) Emmalee and Cullin; and aunt, Karen Kusko (Sam) Ashley and Triston; the Niesen family. Also, many friends and servicemen who cared for him very much. His amazing spirit and love will be missed very much.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Jackson Foster and Judy Barket.
A visitation will be held today, Aug. 13, from 3-6 p.m., at the Fuller-Metz Funeral Home, 3740 Del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral.
A second visitation will be held Friday, Aug. 15, from 10-11:30 a.m., at the Washburn-McReavy Funeral Home, 1838 E Minnehaha Parkway, Minneapolis. A Memorial Service will also be held at the funeral home in Minneapolis at 11:30 a.m., followed by a burial service with military honors at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at 12:45 p.m.
