Three models

available for viewing in Moody River Estates

D.R. Horton's Southwest Florida Division has announced three furnished model homes are available for viewing in Moody River Estates, a gated community in North Fort Myers.

Moody River offers 12 spacious floor plans priced from the low-$200,000s. The three decorated models include the Edison, with three bedrooms, den, two baths, and two-car garage at 1,983 square feet of living space. The Hawthorne offers three bedrooms, den, three baths and three-car garage with 2,583 square feet of living space. The Newport model is roomier at 3,552 square feet and two stories, with five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, and a three-car garage.

The HOA fee for Moody River Estates is among the lowest in the area and covers a large array of services. Amenities include irrigation, landscape maintenance, exterior pest control, resort-style heated swimming pool and spa, clubhouse and community room, billiards, fitness center and much more. Six new model

homes planned

at Hampton Park

WCI Communities has selected the Florida-based Design Studio at City Furniture to create the interior design for its six model homes currently under construction in the model home park at Hampton Park at Gateway.

Hampton Park's model park will showcase six of the Fort Myers community's 17 newly introduced Estate and Executive floor plans; the models will include one- and two-story designs offering three to six bedrooms and 2,053 to 4,457 square feet of interior living space.

The homes will be open for viewing later this year.

Lobianco-Rizzi said City Furniture will mix pieces from its new high-end Bernhardt collection with transitional and contemporary pieces to create individual design themes in each model.

The City Furniture team selected the flooring, countertops and other finishes at WCI's Design Studio, which provides a comprehensive selection of cabinetry, countertops, bath and kitchen fixtures and tile and flooring.

Hampton Park's Executive and Estate homes offer open floor plans between kitchen and family or great rooms and screened lanais for outdoor living.

Select model homes also will feature formal living and dining rooms, a second-floor owner's suite and laundry room, plus flex and bonus rooms, lofts, game rooms and a three-car garage.

Executive homes at Hampton Park start from the low $200,000s and Estate homes from the low $300,000s.

Entry monument, infrastructure complete at Estero Place

The entry monument and infrastructure are near completion at Estero Place, Neal Communities' new, gated residential community on 54 acres at the southwest corner of Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Road in Estero, announced Michael Greenberg, Southwest Florida Regional president.
