Southwest Florida office leases inked by LandQwest Commercial

The LASIK Vision Institute LLC leased 3,330 square feet of office space at 13774 Plantation Road in Fort Myers. Adam Palmer, CCIM, and Michelle Hoffmann of LandQwest Commercial negotiated this transaction for the landlord.

Iron Ridge Insurance Services leased 2,900 square feet of office space at 13700 Cypress Terrace Court in Fort Myers. Mike Doyle, CCIM, and Rokki Rogan, CDPE, with LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant.

HHHH Enterprises LLC renewed its lease for 2,050 square feet of office space at Royal Palm Square, 1400 Colonial Blvd, in Fort Myers. Palmer and Bryan Myers represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.

Samaritan Health and Wellness Center Inc. leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 643 Cape Coral Parkway in Cape Coral. Carlos Acosta and Chuck Smith, CCIM, negotiated this transaction for the landlord.

Palmer and Hoffmann also represented the landlord in the renewal of a lease for The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company regarding 1,322 square feet of office space at Metro Centre, 4135 Metro Parkway in Fort Myers.

'American Dream

Event' at Watermark

Neal Communities is holding the "American Dream Event" now through July 31 at Watermark, a new, gated community in Fort Myers, announced Michael Greenberg, Southwest Florida Regional president. Anyone buying a "quick-delivery" villa or single-family home during this event can save up to $25,000 on options. Plus, Neal Communities introduced new "Tradition Plus" villas from $204,990 and single-family homes from $234,990.

Additionally, Watermark is participating in the just-released Regions First-Time Homebuyer Program, presented by Neal Communities. Qualified applicants can receive a fixed-rate mortgage from Regions Mortgage and pay no closing costs, and can also combine it with other incentives offered by Neal.

Magnolia Landing in North Fort Myers unveils new decorated model

D.R. Horton's Southwest Florida Division announced that a decorated model of the new Cedarwood floor plan is now available for viewing in Magnolia Landing. The Cedarwood is a patio home design with three bedrooms and two baths for approximately 1,585 square feet of living space, starting at $174,190.

In response to high demand, Magnolia Landing has been steadily growing in size and offerings. This scenic gated golf community in North Fort Myers offers twin villas and single-family homes starting in the mid-$100,000s with approximately 1,342 to 2,431 square feet of living space.
