Neal Communities notes

62 home sales in June

Neal Communities notched 62 home sales in June and broke an all-time company record with 97 home closings. June's sales bring Neal's year-to-date sales total to 445, as the fast-growing Southwest Florida homebuilder continues to dominate the region's new-home market. Neal has close to a dozen new communities in the works for 2014 spanning from Lee to Manatee counties.

"Our record sales numbers this year certainly help sustain our rapid growth pattern," said Michael Storey, president of Neal Communities. "As the market continues to hold steady, we are forging ahead with new product, new communities, and plenty of inventory for home buyers ready to purchase and move in immediately."

Storey and team anticipate celebrating a significant milestone late this summer, with Neal Communities expecting to close on its 10,000th home.

Magnolia Landing unveils

new decorated model

D.R. Horton's Southwest Florida Division recently announced that a decorated model of the new Cedarwood floor plan is now available for viewing in Magnolia Landing. The Cedarwood is a patio home design with three bedrooms and two baths for approximately 1,585 square feet of living space, starting at $174,190.

In response to high demand, Magnolia Landing has been steadily growing in size and offerings. This scenic gated golf community in North Fort Myers offers twin villas and single-family homes starting in the mid-$100s with approximately 1,342 to 2,431 square feet of living space.
