Dog Bar and Grille planning fundraiser for new no-kill shelter

June 27, 2014
Cape Coral Daily Breeze

The Dog Bar and Grille is planning a fundraiser for the new no-kill shelter to be built in Cape Coral and organizers are reaching out to businesses and community members who might like to take part.

The event is set for Saturday, July 26, from 1-6 p.m. at their location at 3522 Del Prado Blvd S.

Organizations taking part so far include the Lee County Sheriff's Office Pitbulls-for-Parolees and Healing Paws-Abilities Dog Training, along with special musical guests to be announced.

The Dog Bar and Grille is now looking for other businesses that are also "motivated to bring this much needed refuge to our area."

They are seeking sponsors, volunteers and donations for the planned auction.

For more information contact Dani Beauvois, 541-8304.
