Ernest Corcillo, 82, of Cape Coral died Sunday, June 8, 2014, at Hope Hospice, Cape Coral. He was born June 26, 1931, in Staten Island, N.Y., a son of Donato and Colubia (Corrente) Corcillo.
A resident of Cape Coral for the past 20 years, he previously lived on Staten Island where he owned several taverns, the last one being Corky's Caf. He attended many antique car shows in Florida and earlier in his life he was a barber in the Travis Section of Staten Island.
He is survived by four children, four grandchildren, three brothers, three sisters and his life partner, Debbie.
A memorial service will be held on his birthday, Thursday, June 26, at 11 a.m., in the Chapel of Hope Hospice, 2430 Diplomat Parkway, Cape Coral.
