Holmes joins

Hamilton-Franklin Realty

Jeff Holmes has joined Hamilton-Franklin Realty.

Limited manufactured home model open

LeeCorp Homes has announced the opening of the 2014 Limited manufactured home model. Built by Jacobsen Homes of Safety Harbor, Fla., the Limited is a 1,378-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home.

The Limited is a split bedroom floorplan featuring an island kitchen. Other features include a garden tub in the master bath and separate laundry room.

The Limited series is a special series designed for economical home buyers. The LeeCorp Limited model is priced in the low $70,000, plus tax which includes delivery and complete installation on customer's improved manufactured home site, AC/Heat unit, skirting and steps.

The 2-acre LeeCorp Homes Model Center is located at 20251 S. Tamiami Trail in Estero. Models on premises are open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

McKeever named 'Member of the Year'

Robin McKeever, sales associate at Paul Homes of Cape Coral and a member of Women's Council of Realtors - Cape Coral Chapter, was presented the "Member of the Year" Award at the annual Florida Association of Realtors Awards Banquet. Her award is a reflection of her outstanding commitment to Women's Council of Realtors at the local, state and national levels, including her tenure as past president of the Florida State WCR.

Women's Council of Realtors Cape Coral Chapter was established to be the source of education and business tools focused on the needs of women Realtors at all stages of development. The chapter currently has 80 members working to create business opportunities, develop skills for the future and to achieve their individual potential for success.

Bowers joins Neal Communities

David Bowers, Realtor CAM, has joined Neal Communities as a new home sales associate at the company's newest community in Fort Myers, Coastal Key, announced Michael Greenberg, Southwest Florida regional president.

Bowers is a 20-year resident of Southwest Florida and a veteran of the Florida real estate market where he has been involved in home sales from Fort Myers to Marco Island.

Wright Construction Group begins project at The Springs at Shell Point

Wright Construction Group has started construction of additional structural space in the residents' dining area at The Springs, Shell Point Retirement Community's month-to-month private pay assisted living facility in Fort Myers, announced project manager Mark Valin.

Wright Construction is the construction manager for the work that involves expanding the main dining area and the addition of private dining facilities.

Bob Southern, assistant to the president for project development at Shell Point, said Wright Construction was a natural choice for the expansion project having recently completed the renovation of The Springs.
