AchievAlympics & Chili Blast coming to Cape Coral

Achieva Credit Union will host its first annual AchievAlympics & Chili Blast in Cape Coral, Saturday, April 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Four Freedoms Park 4818 Tarpon Court. Proceed will benefit local area classrooms through the Achieva Foundation, a 501(c)(3) Corporation.

The family-friendly day of fun will include two exciting main events:

- AchievAlympics - a good old-fashioned field day competition.Teams will compete in a variety of games such as relay challenge, potato sack race, three-legged race, kayak relay and more!

- Chili Blast - a friendly chili cook-off. Teams will showcase their chili to be judged in three major categories: Family Favorite, Spicy and Unique Taste.

This event is free for spectators. Team registration for both events is still open.

Joyful Health & Wealth LLC to offer free seminar

Attorney Fayer receives Five Star Professional award

Attorney Kelly L. Fayer has been selected as a Five Star Professional in the category of Estate Planning Attorneys. Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery continues to expand

Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery has announced that over the last six months, it has added two new office locations across Southwest Florida; hired seven new providers and technicians, increased its portfolio of treatment options and renewed its commitment to community outreach.

A local practice that offers a full complement of dermatology, cosmetic surgery and spa services, Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery opened its new office in downtown Fort Myers in September 2013. A Bonita Springs office was unveiled in January 2014, bringing the current number of Southwest Florida locations to eight.

Attorney Chionopoulos receives top professional rating

Fusion Welding manufactures, installs railings at Hammond Stadium

Fusion Welding in Fort Myers manufactured and installed 4,000 linear feet of aluminum powder-coated railings at Hammond Stadium as well as structural steel work in other sections of the stadium and other areas of Lee County Sports Complex. The railing work was part of Phase I of the ballpark's $48.5 million renovation being managed by Manhattan Twins Joint Venture, a partnership between Manhattan Construction Company, Chris-Tel Construction and Casey Construction.

The railing project was completed in just 75 days. Rails were fabricated and installed throughout the stadium, including seating areas, the new 1,236-seating space in the outfield, a new drink rail, party areas, the new 360-degree boardwalk, and the new grass berm beyond left field.
