March 7, 2014
Cape Coral Daily Breeze

Sierra Minott Jones, a former Miss Florida in 2008 and fourth runner-up to Miss America in 2009, will be a guest speaker at the 6th Annual Women's Retreat, presented by the United Methodist Women of Cape Coral First United Methodist Church, 4118 Coronado Parkway, Cape Coral, Saturday, April 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The theme for the retreat, "Reflecting the Beauty of the Lord," is a spiritual, nondenominational focus for sharing the inner beauty - the beauty of the holiness of Jesus Christ. Participants can join Jones and other women for a multi-generational opportunity to fellowship and exchange.

A registration fee of $15 includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and program materials. Mothers with young children are encouraged to participate, as free childcare will be available if needed. Teen girls and young women are also invited to attend for an opportunity to meet separately with Jones in a small group session where she will focus on their special inner and outer beauty.
