Elysium Homes' Sorrento model open for viewing this weekend

The Cape Coral Construction Industry Association named Cape Coral-based Elysium Homes a best overall winner for its Sorrento home during the annual Builders' Showcase Awards Dinner at Palmetto-Pine Country Club in Cape Coral Jan. 16. The custom residence is located at 3008 Surfside Blvd., in Cape Coral, won for homes priced from $701,000 to $750,000.

The Builders' Showcase Awards pay tribute to CCCIA members who have obtained an outstanding level of success in residential design.

The Sorrento model won: Best Exterior, Best Kitchen, Best Bathroom, Best Pool, Best Interior, Best Floor Plan, Best Landscaping and Best Overall

The Sorrento home in Cape Coral will be available to the public for viewing Jan. 31-Feb. 2.

The Sorrento is available in two floorplan configurations: It can be built as a one-story home with four bedrooms and four baths with 4,172 square feet of total living space, or as a two-story home with four or five bedrooms and baths with 4,331 square feet of total living space.

The Cove amenity

center open at Coastal Key

The community amenity named The Cove at Neal Communities' Coastal Key is complete, announced Michael Greenberg, vice president of Neal Communities South Region. Located adjacent to the community's entrance, The Cove amenity center has a children's play area, Bark Park for residents to exercise their dogs, a landscaped park and an open air pavilion for relaxing. Vehicle and bicycle parking is provided as well.

When Coastal Key is completed, the 48-acre maintenance-included community will have 76 single-family homes of one- and two-story plans, offering views of the nine-acre lake, 17.74 acres of on-site preserves, and nearly 40-acres of wetland preserves adjacent to Coastal Key. Stevens Construction selected as

construction manager for Memory Care Residences of Cypress Cove

Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida has selected Stevens Construction of Fort Myers as construction manager for building its Memory Care Residences at Cypress Cove.

Stevens Construction, according to Cypress Cove Acting Executive Director Joel Anderson, will provide pre-construction and construction management services for the estimated $18.5 million project consisting of a two-story, 44 private room neighborhood for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

When completed in 2016, the residences will provide quality resident care and program support for both residents and their families. The building will offer four distinct households with 11 well-appointed, private resident suites. Each household will offer homelike surroundings with kitchen, dining and living room areas that are designed to be a smaller, more personalized setting for residents.

Three models now available
