Suarez recertified as legal expert in immigration and nationality law

The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. has announced that Tulio G. Suarez has been recertified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified legal expert in Immigration and Nationality Law for another five years. John Pelzer, chair of the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization & Education, stated: "as a board certified lawyer, you have, as acknowledged by the Supreme Court of Florida, the distinction of having 'special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in our practice area, as well as character, ethics, and a reputation for professionalism in the practice of law.'"

Suarez is one of a few Florida Bar Board Certified Immigration and Nationality Lawyers in the state. Walker earns CRM designation

Sandra C. Walker, CIC, CRM, has earned her CRM designation and has been named a certified risk manager by Certified Risk Managers International in association with The National Alliance. Walker successfully passed five examinations in various areas of risk management.

Edward Jones earns top ranking in magazine's annual survey

For the 19th time, the financial services firm Edward Jones ranked No. 1 in WealthManage-ment.com/REP magazine's annual survey of he nation's six largest financial services firms, according to Sam Mazzotti, a local Edward Jones financial advisor.

The magazine randomly selects financial advisors nationwide and asks them to rank their firms in various categories.

Action Automatic donates garage door and opener to Florida Baptist Children's Home

Action Automatic Door & Gate offering garage doors and automatic gate systems throughout Southwest Florida recently donated a Clopay garage door and a LiftMaster garage door opener to Florida Baptist Children's Home in Fort Myers. The products were installed in a new maintenance and storage building to help secure personal belongings of resident children, house parents and office staff.

Florida Baptist Children's Home is a faith-based nonprofit that provides safe, stable, Christian homes for boys and girls who have been neglected, misdirected, abandoned, abused or caught up in family turmoil.
