Arsilia “Celia” Chase

Arsilia "Celia" Chase, 101, of North Fort Myers, formerly of Fall River, Mass, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013, in Cape Coral. She was born Oct. 18, 1912, in Auburn, Maine, to Joseph and Couranna St. Onge, now deceased.

She was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church in North Fort Myers. She loved her square and round dancing friend and she enjoyed baking.

She is survived by her son, Richard (Janie) Chase of North Fort Myers; two grandchildren, Rick and Elise; as well as six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters; and a granddaughter, Donna Jamieson.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 20115 N. Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers Myers, with Father Tom Heck officiating.

Memorial contributions in memory of Arsilia Chase are suggested to Hope Hospice, 9470 HealthPark Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33908.
