Eugene F. Pavlic, 55, of Lehigh Acres, died Oct. 16, 2013, at the Gulf Coast Medical Center, Fort Myers. He was born July 15, 1958, in Pittsburgh, Pa., a child of Frank Eugene and Patricia Ann (Kerr) Pavlic.

A resident of Lehigh Acres for the past 13 years, he previously lived in Portage, Ind., where he was a member of Nativity of Our Savior Catholic Church. He spent many years in the banking industry in both Portage and Lehigh Acres. He was the vice president of commercial loans for First Federal Savings and later was the bank manager. In Florida he was a commercial loan officer for SunTrust Bank and worked as the manager of the Florida Community Bank. After he retired from banking he worked for Lowes at the Fort Myers store in the installation sales department.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Lorna Lee (McEwan) Pavlic; his children, Angela M. Vegas of Hobart, Ind., Danielle N. Pavlic of Lehigh Acres and Amanda J. Pavlic of Lehigh Acres; two grandchildren; and his parents, Frank E. and Patricia A. Pavlic of Cape Coral.

Funeral services will be held privately by the family.
