Ralph T. Lee, Sr. 79, of Cape Coral passed away Tuesday Oct. 1, 2013 at his home. He was born June 2, 1934 in Carbondale, PA to his parents Thomas J. and Anna (nee: LaCanna) Lee.
Ralph graduated from St. Peters College in Jersey City, NJ with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. He served his country honorably with the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1957. From 1957 to 1988 Ralph owned and operated Real Estate, Insurance, and Travel companies in New Jersey. Ralph retired to Cape Coral in 1988 from New Jersey. In 1990 he established AA Associates Realty.
Ralph was active in many organizations through the years which included; Past President Dunellen Rescue Squad, former Chief of Dunellen Jr. Fire Dept., Past Trustee of the Sunset Manor Association, Past President Bound Brook-Middlesex Rotary Club, National, State and Local Board of Realtors both in NJ and FL, The Elks Club, American Legion, he was a member of St. Katharine Drexel Church, K.O.C. Council 11177 and also served as Past Faithful Navigator of Fr. Christopher Gaynor Assembly # 2155.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years Helen, five children; Thomas J. (Debra) Fischer of Charlotte, VT, Sharon (Daniel) Guariglia of Niagara Falls, NY, Kathy (Anthony) Corsini of Flemington, NJ, Thomas J. (Sharon) Lee of Cape Coral, and Ralph T. Lee, Jr., of Daytona Beach, FL, one sister Louise (Heinz) Mahler of Ft. Myers, FL, sister in law Estelle J. Logan of Cape Coral, and seven grandchildren; Kyla, Dana (Brian), Melissa (Matthew), Michelle, Noah, Anthony, and Shelby, niece Stacey Lee and nephew Jacob Lee.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Joann Sarboukh.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7, at St. Katharine Drexel Church. Burial with military honors will follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Sunday at the funeral home from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m..
