Estelle Agnes Roberts, 77, a Cape Coral resident since 1985, formerly of Massapequa, N.Y., passed away Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, in Cape Coral. She was born Nov. 7, 1935, in Rockville Centre, N.Y., to John and Geraldine Little, now deceased.

She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Fort Myers.

She is survived by three daughters, Dr. Norma Jeanne Appelbaum (L.J.) of Cape Coral, Mary Illicete (James) of Omaha, Neb., and Theresa Mains of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and 14 grandchildren, Christopher, Melanie, Becky, Joey, Peter, Annmarie, Emily, Faith, Anthony, Gregory, Theresa, Grace, Jesse and Joy.

Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Roberts, in 1986; a daughter, Kathleen Roberts; as well as six siblings, Alice Laske, John Little, Geraldine Little, Anne Mueller, Edward Little and Paul Little.

Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 7, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 2157 Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers, with Father Leo Smith officiating. Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 6, at Mullins Memorial, 1056 N.E. 7th Terrace, Cape Coral. Private committal services at Bay Pines National Cemetery, St. Petersburg, Fla., will be held at a later date.
