Harriet "Holly" Bisordi, 78, a long-time resident of Cape Coral, formerly of Englewood Cliffs, N.J., passed away Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013, in Cape Coral. She was born Jan. 23, 1935, in New York, N.Y., to Harry and Ray Schwartz, now deceased.

She was an amazing cook, and was "famous" for her eggplant parmigiana and her fabulous salad. She was a devoted wife and mother, but her greatest love was her granddaughter.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Edward Bisordi of Cape Coral; daughter, Jodi (Thomas) Shaw of Cape Coral; one brother, Leonard Schwartz of Boca Raton, Fla.; one granddaughter, Rachel MeiLi of Cape Coral; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and lots of close, caring friends.
