Patton joins Miloff

Aubuchon Realty Group

George Patton recently joined Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group specializing in residential real estate, including vacant land, resales, investment property, foreclosures and new home construction. He has been in the real estate industry since April 2003, and is consistently a top volume producer in Cape Coral/Lee County closing nearly $100 million in sales to date. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Municipal Cape Coral Charter School Foundation.

Patton recently established a solid team of Realtors. His team consists of Doug Stokes, who specializes in working with international clients; Larry Jones, who earned a "New Realtor of The Year Award," was a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club and has more than 40 years experience in the real estate industry; Kevin Kuhlman, who has more than 15 years experience in the insurance and banking industry; and Steve Calabro, a life-long educator, and retired college president, who is a member of the Fort Myers Rotary Club, a supporter of the SW Florida Chamber, Children's Hospital, and a graduate of Leadership Lee County.

Ajax Paving donates $500

to Lee BIA Builders Care

Ajax Paving Industries of Florida has donated $500 to help the Lee Building Industry Association Builders Care program provide free home repairs to disadvantage Lee County residents.

Andy Decraene, area manager for Ajax Paving Industries in Lee County, suggested the donation. "This donation demonstrates Ajax's ongoing commitment to the community and we felt it was a great match to give back within our industry," DeCreane said. The gift is part of the funds raised at the company's annual charity golf tournament that benefits local charities from around Florida.

Builders Care is the nonprofit charitable arm of the Lee Building Industry Association. Its objective is to provide emergency repairs and construction services to elderly, disabled and economically disadvantaged people who are unable to obtain home repairs through traditional means. To date, Lee BIA Builders Care has put more than $2.4 Million in construction services back into the community at no cost to homeowners in need. Builders Care enlists the volunteer services of Lee BIA members and leverages grants and donated materials to provide construction and remodeling services to qualified homeowners throughout Lee County. Major supporters include Cape Coral Plumbing, Ferguson Enterprises, Harbor Springs Building Company, Nilles Design Group, Priority Marketing of Southwest Florida, Stock Development and The Aubuchon Team of Companies.
