Pelican model open at Country Lakes

LeeCorp Homes Inc. has announced the opening of the Pelican manufactured home model in Phase II at Country Lakes. Country Lakes is a deeded-lot ownership 55+ manufactured home subdivision located in Fort Myers on Country Lakes Boulevard, north of Luckett Road, exit 139 off I-75.

Built by Jacobsen Homes, the Pelican is a 28-foot x 46-foot, 8-inch, 1,264 square foot, 2 bedroom/2 bath plus den double wide manufactured home. Completely installed on a quarter-acre land-ownership lot at 9789 Creekwood Lane, the Pelican features a factory built half porch with a vinyl rail, architectural columns and composite decking.

The Pelican also features bamboo laminate flooring in the kitchen, morning room and entry, upgraded carpet and pad in the living room, dining room and both bedrooms and cathedral ceilings throughout.

Country Lakes community features include a clubhouse with a pool, shuffleboard court, playground, tennis and basketball courts. Phase 2 is being developed across from the fresh water lake that features a covered gazebo. Six homes sold in Palmetto Grove neighborhood

Neal Communities has sold six single-family homes in the Palmetto Grove neighborhood of Verandah in Fort Myers, announced Michael Greenberg, Neal's vice president of building in Lee and Collier counties. The community developer and building company will build an additional 20 single-family homes in the neighborhood with prices starting in the high $200s to the $400s. At build-out, Palmetto Grove will have 34 single-family homes.

The move-in-ready feature homes have three-car garages and are constructed on 70-foot x 145-foot large homesites with views of the Whispering Oaks golf course or lake.

Homes sold include: Daybreak, with 2,395 square feet, four bedrooms, den and swimming pool; Aqua Breeze, 2,232 square feet, three bedrooms, den and swimming pool; and Early Spring, 2,530 square feet, three bedroom, 2.5 baths, den and swimming pool

Verandah is a pet-friendly, master-planned, gated golf community on 1,456 acres along the Orange River located 10 miles from downtown Fort Myers.
