The 21st Nolan Henke/Patty Berg Junior Masters celebrated an unprecedented champion along with two other division winners last Friday afternoon at the Cypress Lake Country Club.

Landon Weber of Fort Myers blew away the field for a 19-stroke triumph in the boys' 13-15 year-old division. He became the event's first three-time champion, three in a row in fact, while shooting 5-under-par 211 over 54 holes, but he was the only competitor to shoot two rounds below par. He carded sub-par rounds of 70, 69 and closed with par 72 on Friday.

There were only three players with 72 on the final day. One of the others was Cole Connor of Fort Myers, who finished second to Weber with a total score of 230.

The other par round was turned in by Jovian Medina of Port Charlotte, who held off the field to win the boys' 16-18 year-old division with a 220 total, six shots better than runner-up Sean Mazzola of Bonita Springs finishing with 226. Mazzola had the tournament's only other sub-par score, shooting 2-under 70 in the final round.

Anthony Myers of Cape Coral, who just graduated from Ida Baker High, placed third overall with a 227 total. First-round co-leader Martin Jensen finished fourth at 228.

Brittany LaPadula of Port St. Lucie came from three shots behind to start the final round and won the girls' 13-18 year-old division by four strokes over Emily Black of Naples. LaPadula had her lowest score of the three rounds, 75, to close out the tournament at 232. Black had her highest score in the final round of 82 to close out at 236.

Brittany Shin of Cape Coral wound up third in the girls' division at 241. Mason Kiernan of Cape Coral placed sixth in the boys' 13-15 division at 239 with Cape's Christopher Spoone shooting 250 to finish 13th. Ross Lally of Cape Coral placed 11th in the boys' 16-18 division.
