Timothy Paul Hart Sr., 58, a 40-year resident of Cape Coral, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 5, 2013, in Cape Coral. He was born Aug. 19, 1954, in Warren, Ohio, to Earl and Anne Hart, now deceased.
He has been a coach at Cape Coral American Little League for 28 years. In 2006, he was honored with a field being named after him at Koza/Saladino Park and in 2011 he was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Claudia Nelson Hart of Cape Coral; two loving sons, Timothy (Stefanie) Hart, Jr. of Fort Myers and Travis (Milly) Hart of Cape Coral; two sisters, Judy (Charles) Wagner of Ohio and Earlene (Jim) Townsend of Pennsuylvania; three grandchildren, Mason, Elijah and Emerson Hart, all of Ft. Myers, as well as another on the way; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Hart.
Funeral services will be held at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, at Cape Christian Fellowship, 2110 Chiquita Blvd., Cape Coral, FL 33991, with the Rev. Jon Zehnder officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m., until the hour of service at the church.
