William "Bill" Lawrence Nally III, 49, of Cape Coral, formerly of Boca Raton, Fla., passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2013. in Cape Coral. He was born March 31, 1964, in Chicago, to William Nally Jr., now deceased, and Patsy Nally, whom survives him.
He attended Grace United Methodist Church. He was a vital member of the Sunday morning tech team and the Car Care Ministry. He was an avid boater, scuba diver and fisherman, but was known primarily for his passion for his '68 Firebird. He was a well liked and respected electrical engineer who specialized in lighting and drive systems. He was a lifetime member of the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity and a proud graduate of the University of Alabama.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Dr. Lynda M. Nally of Cape Coral; his mother, Patsy Nally of Cape Coral; four children, Katherine "Shelby" Nally of Cape Coral, Madison "Nicole" Nally of Cape Coral, Jada Plagge of Deerfield, Wis., and Christian Plagge of Cape Coral; his sister, Kelly Sue Carlsson of Sweden, the late Peder Carlsson, his brother-in-law; as well as two nieces, Caithlin and Sophia Carlsson, also of Sweden.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, July 6, at Grace United Methodist Church, 13 S.E. 21st Place, Cape Coral, with Pastor Wes Olds officiating.
