Vanessa Borges, 29, a Cape Coral resident for the last seven years, formerly of Hialeah, Fla., died unexpectedly Friday, May 3, 2013, in Cape Coral. She was born Aug. 15, 1983, in North Bergen, N.J.
She was of the Catholic faith. She will always be remembered for her contagious smile and laughter, her caring personality and giving heart. She was fun living and ready for anything and everything on any given day. She was simply amazing!
She is survived by her loving parents, Pedro and Maria Borges of Hialeah, Fla; three children, Jesselynn Jeannette Romero and Joevanne and Joseth Galvez, her twin 3-month-olds, all of Cape Coral; two sisters, Yamilka Borges and her husband Carlos Perez of Hialeah, Fla., and Jeannette Borges also of Hialeah; as well as the father of her twins, Jose Galvez of Cape Coral.
Funeral services will be held 6:30 p.m., Thursday, May 9, at Mullins Memorial, 1056 N.E. 7th Terrace, Cape Coral. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m., until service time, as well as after the service until midnight, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions in memory of Vanessa Borges are suggested to her children's education fund in care of Mullins Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
