Paul J. Valvo, 48, a Cape Coral, Fla. resident for the past five years, formerly of Staten Island, N.Y., passed away unexpectedly at his home in Cape Coral on Thursday, April 18, 2013. He was born Nov. 13, 1964 in Brooklyn, N.Y. to Paul and Rose Valvo, now deceased.
He was a member at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Cape Coral and was also the owner and operator of The Main Strap Connection, Inc., a music instrument strap manufacturer. He will be remembered as a New York Yankee enthusiast, an overall baseball lover.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Eleanora Valvo of Cape Coral; two loving sons, Paul V. Valvo and Vincent J. Valvo both of Cape Coral; a brother, Richard Valvo of Levittown, PA; two nieces, Gina and Alyssa Brown, a brother-in-law, Howard Brown; as well as his mother-in-law, Teresa DeVito of Staten Island, N.Y.
Memorial services will be held 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 2628 Del Prado Blvd. South, Cape Coral with Father Ssekiranda Remi officiating.
