Senior Sean Brady pitched four no-hit innings Thursday night as the Ida Baker Bulldogs shut out Naples 4-0.
The Bulldogs (16-4) have become the city's most consistent team as the end of the regular season draws ever closer. They have won 10 of their last 13 games with four shutouts and two blowouts.
Brady, who was on a pitch count, did not allow a run or a hit while striking out six to earn his seventh win in eight decisions. Luke Rolland allowed two hits while finishing out the shutout.
Zack Nason's two-run single in the third inning proved to be the difference in the game. Caleb Farmer contributed two hits, including a run-scoring double in the fourth inning.
The Bulldogs play Tuesday night at Palmetto Ridge.

Island Coast 3, Port Charlotte 1: Senior Kameron Gellinger's run-scoring single in the third inning tied the game Thursday night and Island Coast later took advantage of three Port Charlotte errors to put the game out of reach.
The Gators got their second run in the fourth on a catcher's interference call with the bases loaded. Gellinger was the only player with two hits as the Gators made the most of their four singles.
Brennan Rodriguez pitched 4 1/3 innings, surrendering the one run while striking out four. He left the game in the fifth with soreness in his back.
The Gators (14-6) collide with Cape Coral High at 3:30 p.m. Monday at Hammond Stadium. The game is a prelude to the Fort Myers Miracle game against the Palm Beach Cardinals.

Cypress Lake 8, Mariner 3: A key five-run rally in the sixth inning enabled Cypress Lake to put away Mariner Thursday night.
The Tritons managed just six hits while committing three errors. Tony Lopez had two of the Tritons' hits.
Mariner (10-11) hosts Lehigh at 5 p.m. Monday to make up a game rained out last week.

Oasis 11, Golden Gate 1: Garrett Graber allowed two hits and struck out 11 while also going 2-for-4 at the plate with three runs and three stolen bases to lead Oasis to victory Friday at Golden Gate.
Gabe Villaverde and Daniel Korchick contributed extra-base hits to the cause and Sharks baserunners stole a total of nine bases.
