Stjepan Dusko Ledic, 77, a Cape Coral resident since 1995, formerly of Croatia passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013. He was born in Split, Croatia on June 11, 1935 to Petar and Albina Ledic, now deceased.
Dusko was a very loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. A true romantic, a jokester who was always whistling and spreading joy. A very proud Civil Engineer who traveled the world learning new languages and collecting adventures that he would later share with all of his loved ones. He was also an artist who loved painting landscapes and playing the guitar. He will truly be missed but we take comfort in knowing that he now has the freedom to continue exploring the world and to visit his homeland whenever he chooses.
Dusko is survived by his loving wife of almost 37 years, Graciela M. Ledic; five children, Vanja Ledic and her husband Pierre Sensebe, Nadia Ledic, Dunja Ledic, Mario Ledic and Gordan Ledic; a sister, Nada Sagoni; two brothers, Josko Ledic and Ivica Ledic; as well as five grandchildren, Yvanna Priscilla Ledic-Melendez, Desmond Ocean Sensebe, Noel Ledic, Shai Ledic and Roni Ledic.
