Marion L. Nekoroski of Cape Coral, formerly Massachusetts passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at Hope Hospice of Cape Coral. A veteran of the U.S. Navy Waves from 19441946, she moved with her family to Cape Coral in 1971. She worked at Lee Memorial Hospital for over 20 years, and was a member of McGregor Baptist Church for over 40 years.
She is survived by her five daughters, Maureen (Steven) Palm, Kathy (James) Gilligan, Arlene Lane, Lori (John) Martin, Lisa (Doug) Wilcox; eight grandchildren, Michael, Krissy, Stephanie, Craig, Ryan, Rachel, Renee, Heather; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Zygmont Nekoroski. Memorial services were held Friday, Jan. 18, at 1 p.m., at Hope Hospice House, 2430 Diplomat Parkway, Cape Coral.
