Founded in 2009 by John Dennis Miehle, Castle Harbour is a local custom home building company that is finding success through a dedicated and determined attitude to build quality custom homes at fair prices in some of Southwest Florida's premier neighborhoods. Dennis who started Castle Harbour as the sole employee managed all phases of the building process and business requirements. Success and growth occurred as a result of hard work, good timing and accurately assessing the markets need in an Estero Golf Course Community called West Bay Golf and Beach Club. In 2010 Dennis elected to build a model that offered the right square footage, features, and price within West Bay Golf and Beach Club, those decisions allowed Castle Harbour Homes to capture Best Home in the Lee County Building Association's Parade of Homes. As a result of those decisions, Castle Harbour has been fortunate to continue on its path of growth. Today, Dennis has collaborated with a team of experienced associates to assist Castle Harbour Homes as it completes a number of new residences and two new show homes soon to open in Cape Harbour and Quail West.
