Pastor David Piloto, 63, a Cape Coral resident for the last eight years, formerly of Miami, died Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012. He was born Feb. 6, 1949, to Alberto and Delia Piloto, now deceased.

He was the Lay Pastor at the Fort Myers Spanish Seventh-day Adventist Church in North Fort Myers. He touched all he knew and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his devoted wife of over 16 years, Yolanda Vasquez; Odalis, Yoanna, Meralis, David, Meralis, Ronald, Raquel, Yenifer, Brayan and Jenesis Piloto; four sisters, Gina Diaz, Natividad Contrera, Sara Martin and Elisa Piloto; a brother, Misael Piloto; as well as 14 grandchildren; and one great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held from 48 p.m., today, Oct.13, at the Fort Myers Spanish Seventh-day Adventist Church, 701 Camelia Dr., North Fort Myers. Private burial will take place on Sunday at Dade Memorial Park.
