Alexie Rai Krill, 24, a Cape Coral resident since 1996, formerly of Bryan, Ohio, died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012. She was born July 6, 1988, in Bryan.
She attended Grace United Methodist Church in Cape Coral and was a student at the University of Central Florida where she was studying art history.
She was known for her loving and caring spirit and her deep love for all animals, especially her Toki, Doopies and Pippen. Her creative and artistic abilities allowed her to enjoy life to the fullest. Her bright smile and laughter made everyone's world a brighter place. She will be sorely missed by everyone that she has touched.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Kristie and Jon Hilbert of Cape Coral; her father and stepmother, Bruce and Robin Krill of Bryan, Ohio; one sister, Lindsay Krill of Fort Myers; three brothers, Brent Krill of Cape Coral, Spencer Hilbert of Fort Myers and Drew Kaufman also of Bryan, Ohio; her maternal grandparents, Curtis and Shirley Mock of Cape Coral and Jean Hilbert also of Cape Coral; and her paternal grandparents, Norma Thielan and Sue Staup, both of Bryan.
Sge was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles Hilbert, George Thielan and Robert Staup.
Funeral services will be held 6 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 27, at Grace United Methodist Church, 13 S.E. 21st Place, Cape Coral, with Pastor Jorge Acevedo officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the hour of service at the church.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alexie Krill Memorial Fund in care of Mullins Memorial, 1056 N.E. 7th Terrace, Cape Coral, FL 33909.
The funds will be used to put up a protective barrier at the corner of Beach Parkway and Surfside Boulevard.
