The Florida Everblades announced Thursday that WRXK-FM (K-Rock, 96.1 FM) is the exclusive radio home for Florida Everblades hockey broadcasts this season.
96 K-Rock will broadcast 69 of the team's 72 regular season games during the 2012-13 season.
"We are thrilled to finally be on the FM dial, especially with Beasley Broadcasting and the 100,000-watt 96 K-Rock station," said Everblades president & general manager Craig Brush. "This will give our fans the opportunity to listen to Everblades games throughout our whole marketplace."
96 K-Rock is based in Estero and serves the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, and Marco Island area.
Last season Everblades games were broadcast on ESPN 770-AM, also owned by Beasley Broadcasting.
