Edgar Reymond, 96, of Cape Coral, passed away peacefully with his daughters by his side Monday, Sept. 3, 2012. He was born Aug. 22, 1916, in Barnhill, Ohio, the son of Cora Etta (Nussdorfer) and Charles E. Reymond. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, an avid golfer, boater and traveler. He was a great man with a love for life.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Silvia Strimbu Reymond; his son, David Reymond; five brothers and one sister.
He is survived by three daughters, Silvia Gasser, Etta Kohl and Sidney Shaw Hardmann (Ed); 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Anderson-Patterson Cremation and Funeral Services, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers.
