Cape Alliance Church
Cape Alliance Church is a come-as-you-are, go-as-He-sends-you church. We seek to take God more seriously and ourselves less so as we learn to walk daily with Him. The current sermon series is from the Book of Acts. We are learning how to navigate the 21st century by a simple blueprint for life, given to a first-century crowd. Cape Christian Fellowship
Cape Christian Fellowship has a worship time and style to fit everyone. Contemporary worship is held on Sunday mornings at 9:45 and 11:15. Traditions, which incorporates communion, classic hymns and a more relaxing atmosphere, is held Sunday mornings at 8:30. Family Nights is held on Fridays at 6:30 p.m., and is always followed by a special event or activity for the whole family to enjoy. All of the services have the same message.
During the 9:45 and 11:15 a.m. worship gatherings, Bugz Landing is where infants through Pre-K learn about how God loves them and how Jesus is their forever friend. KidzStreet is for children from kindergarten through 5th grade and Infuse is where middle school students learn to grow in their faith. There is a special service every Wednesday night, "Awakening" for high school students, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Cape Coral First United
Cape Coral First United Methodist Church's current sermon series is based on The Lord's Prayer and how this model prayer can be instructional for our daily living.
DivorceCare is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are separated or divorced. Cape Coral First will be offering this Biblically based 13-week support group meeting from 6-8 on Monday nights beginning Sept. 10 in the parlor (room 104), and child care will be provided if needed. There will be a 35 minute DVD with various experts in Christian counseling and ministry providing valuable insights, and a facilitator to assist the group discussion. The cost for your workbook will be $15. The course is designed so that you can join at any time even though you may not be able to attend the first class. This class is open to everyone regardless of church affiliation.
GriefShare is a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. Starting Wednesday, Sept, 12, at 10 a.m., in the Parlor (room 104), each GriefShare session includes a video seminar and group discussion. During small group discussion time, participants will have the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a recent loss, learn about their experiences and share your own. GriefShare is a nondenominational group and features biblical teaching on grief and recovery topics. You are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any session. Each is "self-contained" so participants do not have to attend in sequence. Participants will find encouragement and help whenever you begin.
Foundations Early Learning Center provides childcare, preschool and afterschool care for children from infants to 4 years old in a new facility as part of the growing family and youth programs at Cape Coral First United Methodist Church. Crosspoint Christian Church
Could you use a little parenting help? Struggling with getting your children to be respectful? Need some direction with your teenager?
Beginning Sunday, Aug. 5, Crosspoint Christian Church will offer parents some guidance in a new series, Courageous Parenting. The series will cover topics such as discipline, respectful children, parenting teens, the dangers of helicopter parenting and much more.

Living Waters Family Worship Center

On Sunday, Aug. 12, Dr. Curt McDaniel, Interim Senior Pastor at New Hope Presbyterian Church, began an 8-week sermon series on Family3 Foundations: Reclaiming the Ground for Healthy and Fulfilling Relationships in the Home and in the Church.
Family3 is the dimensional portrait that the Bible presents for the home and for the church in scope, stage and season: scope of relationships (immediate family, extended family, church as a spiritual family), stage in marriage (unmarried, married, post-married) or season in life (young, mid-life, senior).
Some of the sermon topics will be: The biblical case for marriage between a man and a woman on Aug. 12, Marital happiness through mutual submission on Aug. 19, Marital harmony through mutual submission on Aug. 26, When a family member is hurting on Sept. 2, and God's Choice in Marriage on Sept. 9.

The church's "Missionary of the Month" is the Rev. Allen Vander Pol. He is a missionary and professor at Miami International Seminary. He writes theology courses in English for students around the world who study with MINTS. He writes courses in Systematic (doctrinal) Theology. He supervises students and study centers in Southeast Asia. He travels to India, Myanmar and the Philippines to teach and supervise the work of study centers there. He also tutors a student in Malawi.
