Mets starter Chase Huchingson (7-7) gave up a run in the first inning to Fort Myers, but settled down to allow just four hits over six innings. Danny Rams knocked in the only Miracle run with a two-out RBI single to score Steve Liddle.
The Mets' pitching staff held Fort Myers without a hit over the final five innings.
The Miracle have an off day Monday, but return to Hammond Stadium Tuesday to begin a six-game homestand beginning with a three-game series the Jupiter Hammerheads.
