The Cape Coral Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man wanted in a retail theft.
The man entered the Kohl`s department store at approximately 3:40 p.m. July 10, selected three men's T-shirts and a red women's bra, and exited the store without offering payment for the items, officials reported.
The man was not located as he left on a bicycle just moments before the arrival of police.
