The Fort Myers Miracle have announced that Episode 7 of the Miracle Insider Show is available to view at www.miraclebaseball.com. In the seventh installment, host Adam MacDonald takes an in-depth look at the Gulf Coast League, a rookie level of professional baseball played on the minor league side of the Lee County Sports Complex.
Including an interview with Jake Mauer, the GCL Twins manager during the 2008 and 2009 seasons, the segment on the GCL segment highlights all sides of the league such as prospect development, adaptation to professional sports for amateur athletes and the use of the GCL by MLB teams as an injury rehabilitation option.
Also in Episode 7, the Miracle Insider Show interviews pitcher A.J.
