The city of Cape Coral has closed the Yacht Club pier as well as the three saltwater boat ramps due to high water. The ramps are located at the Yacht Club, Rosen Park and Burnt Store. Conditions are too hazardous for boating access or pier fishing during this inclement weather.
With high tide not expected until later this evening, these facilities will remain closed until further notice.
The Horton Boat Ramp already is closed for renovation/repair.
