Selling Paradise Realty, one of the region's most successful independent real estate companies, has become a franchise brokerage firm of the CENTURY 21 System, and is now known as CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise.

"Selling Paradise Realty was established with the belief that our success depends on the success of our clients and therefore, our dedication to equipping our sales professionals with the right skills and knowledge to best serve their clients has always been imperative to our evolution," said Bobby Mahan, co-broker/owner of CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise.

"We chose to affiliate with Century 21 Real Estate because we know that in order to succeed, you need to be with the best, so we went for the best name with the best tools and the best systems that our agents could possibly obtain to flourish in this business. We plan to take advantage of everything they have to offer."

Selling Paradise Realty opened its doors in 2002 by husband and wife team Bobby and Connie Mahan. From three sales agents at its inception, CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise has grown to a team of 50 real estate professionals serving Lee County, including Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres and the surrounding areas.

Considering itself a "real estate superstore" with an office that offers the latest in technology to buyers and sellers to ease the stress of buying or selling property, CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise boasts experts in everything from luxury homes to foreclosures and HUD listings and also offers clients mortgage and title services.

The Mahans credit much of the success of CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise to their coaching, training and mentoring philosophy, which is greatly inspired by Mike Ferry, the founder of the leading real estate coaching and training program, The Mike Ferry Organization.

The Mahans made the official announcement to the team of more than 50 sales professionals at CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise on June 14 along with Rick Davidson, president & CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC.

"Bobby and Connie have built their team around the same philosophies Century 21 Real Estate advocates - equip agents with the knowledge, training and tools necessary in order to provide the highest level of customer service possible and you will drive results," said Davidson.

"We are very excited to welcome the entire CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise team to the CENTURY 21 family."

Like all firms in the CENTURY 21 System, CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise will continue to be independently owned and operated, but will now share the market power and benefit of affiliation with the world's largest residential real estate sales organization.

CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise,, offers residential and commercial real estate services as a leading real estate company in Forsyth County. With more than 50 licensed real estate sale professionals, CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise prides itself on serving its market with the highest level of customer service.
