Edison Mall to host Super Duper Mini Chefs event
Pint-sized food lovers and even the pickiest eaters will have a blast getting crafty with cuisine as Super Duper Mini Chefs makes its annual spring appearance at approximately 100 Simon malls nationwide. Hosted by the popular Simon Kidgits Club and sponsored by Nickelodeon, participating kids will actually be encouraged to play with their food!

to Lee BIA Builders Care
Wells Fargo South Fort Myers Branch chose Lee Building Industry Association Builders Care program to receive a $1,000 grant as a part of its annual community breakfast. Wells Fargo Community Partners Giving Program is an annual program where each of its retail banking stores explores the needs of their local communities and selects a non-profit or school to receive a $1,000 grant. This year, Wells Fargo will award more than $600,000 in grants to nonprofits and schools throughout Florida.
The grants are part of the company's broader support of its communities. In 2011, Wells Fargo invested more than $11 million in nonprofit organizations and schools and team members volunteered more than 50,000 hours across Florida.
Donations to Builders Care are used to help purchase materials to provide wheelchair accessible doorways, kitchens and baths, as well as other construction services such as ramps, electrical and plumbing work and more. Builders Care leverages building industry members for heavily discounted or in-kind labor and materials to provide a wide range of services to Lee County homeowners.
Builders Care is the nonprofit charitable arm of the Lee Building Industry Associa-tion. Its objective is to provide emergency repairs and construction services to elderly, disabled and economically disadvantaged people who are unable to obtain home repairs through traditional means.
